We have been using your halter for the past six months and I just wanted to thank you for making it lol. This is my daughter first year and before we got the halter her steer would jerk her down every time. My daughter caught a calf in San Antonio last year so she decided to purchase a heifer to show for her senior year. We were able to haulter break her and my husband was able to walk her with the haulter just resting in his hand. But if my daughter tried walking her or even walked in the pen with her she would ram her. She took her to a show and she kept ramming her until somebody was able to get control of her. She showed her 3 time in SA and she rammed her the frist time and the third time she wasn't able to even get her in the ring. Once we found out about the cruise control we ordered it right away. I had a steer that was just nervous wreck, loved to bulldoze right through you and absolutely refused to lead. I tried this halter and was really skeptical at first, but after a few days I saw a huge difference.He absolutely would not lead with a rope halter but as soon as I put the cable halter on he'd go wherever I wanted him to go and stop when I wanted him to. Your product is amazing I have my heifer for about 6 months and she weighs around 1200 pounds. I could not get her under control. She would lower her head and run till she came to a fence where she had to stop. I put the halter on a tied her up for about 2 hours. She now follows me like a puppy. I just want to tell you how great your halter is. We have (had) a steer that was extremely unruly. He was halter broke but we could not turn him without him taking off with my daughter and her boyfriend. I even hired someone to come and break him. He was already weighing almost 1000# and very difficult to handle to the point we didn't think we would able to show him. Matt Leopold told me about your halter and I bought it. After a few hours of being tied up he was already showing it some respect. The second day we were able to completely walk him and now he is like a puppy dog! I have attached some videos of when we first put the halter on and then next day after. It is truly amazing! I wish I would have known about this halter sooner. Definitely lets the kids feel like they are in control and can handle a 1300# animal without the fear of severely getting hurt. Makes Mom feel better too!
